THE CHALLENGE For LIVE® Rewards
To fend off competitors and increase share of wallet, the Live! Casino ® brand wanted to amplify participation in its player loyalty program, Live! Rewards ® . They turned to Overabove to develop and execute an overarching creative and messaging platform for the program that would tie in with the look and feel across all three Live! ® properties yet compel current and future guests with a distinct voice, personality and brand expression that reinforced the benefits of the program.
our approach
We seized the opportunity to breathe new life into existing program creative with exciting options designed to set the Live! ® rewards program apart from other competiton. We redesigned cards and produced a video series celebrating each membership tier, all to show players the power of belonging to Live! Rewards ® .
