OUR APPROACH
Overabove leveraged extensive audience insights about this ultra-exclusive sliver of the market against an existing network of prospective buyers to develop a name and brand that celebrated the location of the new club and residences: The Hoback Club. We created a highly personalized, exclusive outreach campaign centralized around private portals for each prospect: each portal contained a suite of tools and tactics that built a sense of urgency, luxury and scarcity around the Hoback Club and allowed the sales team to continuously nurture prospects with new information and updates along each step of the purchase journey.
We designed a suite of merchandise to mobilize the brand for prospective buyers long after they’d left the mountain.
